A new name for Real Estate Capital – and a new US title

It's a red letter day for our affiliate title Real Estate Capital, as a new name is unveiled and Real Estate Capital USA is launched online.

Our affiliate title Real Estate Capital now has a (slightly) new name: Real Estate Capital Europe.

But beyond the addition of our region to the name, there is no change for subscribers or to the magazine’s in-depth coverage of Europe’s real estate debt market. Its four print editions per year and recapitalnews.com will remain a key source of news, analysis, data and opinion on all things to do with property finance in Europe.

So, why the name change? Put simply, a new title has joined PEI Media’s stable of real estate publications: Real Estate Capital USA has formally launched online at www.recapitalusa.com and takes its place alongside our longstanding brands Real Estate Capital Europe and PERE.

Led by renowned real estate journalist and editor Samantha Rowan, Real Estate Capital USA will provide analysis of the US commercial real estate debt markets that is simply not available elsewhere. The US market is growing rapidly, with substantial capital formation around lending and burgeoning interest from domestic and international investors. Real Estate Capital USA will analyse the organizations, the deals, and the trends shaping this fast-evolving market.

Joining Samantha, reporters William Johnson, Mario Marroquin and Anna-Marie Beal will be at the forefront of Real Estate Capital USA’s coverage of US real estate banking, alternative lending and capital markets activity. In addition to its daily-updated website, Real Estate Capital USA will provide daily and weekly email alerts, weekly digests and bimonthly magazines as well as podcasts and other multimedia to bring readers the insightful perspective they already associate with Real Estate Capital Europe and PERE.
