WPR Management appoints Mark Jankovich as CEO

The former senior client partner at Coutts will head a hybrid property investment fund managed by Worldwide Private Residences Management.

Worldwide Private Residences Management, which has teamed with London-based PURE International Property Limited to launch a hybrid property residence fund, Pure Worldwide Private Residences, has appointed Mark Jankovich as its chief executive officer.

Jankovich was previously a senior client partner at Coutts and Company, the international private banking arm of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group. According to WPR, Jankovich has over 15 years worth of experience in the financial sector, including ten years in private client wealth management.

Pure Worldwide Private Residences Fund is a £51-million ($104 million;€76 million), high-end residential property fund launched in conjunction with international property specialists PURE International. The fund, backed by Blue Sky Capital, is aiming to acquire 30 luxury residential properties in 20 quality resort and holiday destinations throughout the world. The fund strategy is targeting UK and European individuals who would like to own a second home without the hassle of managing it.

The fund has an investment duration of ten years and is limited to 300 investors.

Jankovich’s financial experience has largely centered around servicing high-net worth clients both at Coutts and Merrill Lynch Private Bank. In addition to his investment background, Mark was also involved in developing a customer relationship management IT system called Pegasus. He was born and raised in South Africa and has been living in the UK for the last 15 years.
