Warburg Pincus has announced the final close of Warburg Pincus Asia Real Estate on $2.8 billion, surpassing its $2.5 billion target. Capital raised for the fund will be invested with an opportunistic strategy focused on new economy real estate, which includes logistics, data centers, high-tech industrial parks, life science parks and centralized apartments in Asia.
