At last week's PERE Forum: Europe, Van Stults, managing director of Orion Capital Managers, told PERE that, while many real estate investors are approaching the Spanish market 'with trepidation', there are still deals to be done. Ireland, on the other hand, was a more 'difficult' market to penetrate, he said, pointing to a need for patience if one is to benefit from working with Ireland's National Assets Management Agency.
