Venture One Real Estate has raised $40.2 million for its VK Industrial IV, according to a SEC filing. The Lincolnshire-headquartered firm began fundraising in 2016 with a $100 million target.
Its previous fund raised $45 million in 2015.
The fund will target value added opportunities in industrial sectors in the United States.
