VCERA approves $30m commitment

Ventura County Employees Retirement Association announced a commitment of $30 million to PIMCO Private Income Fund.

The $5.42 million US public pension has an 8.0 percent target allocation to real estate that currently stands at 7.7 percent.

As illustrated in the charts below, the pension has made two commitments to real estate funds in the first quarter of 2019, totalling $130 million.
