TownshipCapital has raised $15 million to date for its Township GP Fund II, per a SEC filing. The Los Angeles-headquartered firm has set a $25 million target and began fundraising in 2016. The SEC filing did not disclose whether the capital raise constituted a final or interim close.
The fund will target co-investment opportunities in a diverse number of properties in the United States.
