Registration instructions

If you are interested in setting up a team or have any questions about the event please contact Hannah at Impetus-PEF and she will be able to get you and your teams registered. She can be reached at Hannah.sharp@impetus-pef.org.uk or fttriathlon@impetus-pef.org.uk

Things to consider before setting up a team

Competition:

Aside from the different race cups that can be won by individuals or corporate teams, competition is flexible and can be had in the following ways:

Individually– to compete against colleagues

Inter-firm– between different internal teams/departments

Inter-industry– to compete at an inter-industry level for the overall triathlon cup

When you register please make it clear which level of competition you or your teams would like to be entered for.

Costs:

Registration for the normal races is £99 per person and £198 for a team of 3 taking part in the relay. This includes race entry, training advice and support in the run up to the event, a complimentary recovery tent provided by Alvarez and Marsal, post-race BBQ provided by Greenwood and a t-shirt and race medal, along with free parking and other perks on race day.

Participants or their employers are asked to donate or raise a minimum sponsorship of £400 per entrant with the aim of raising more than £100,000 in support of Impetus-PEF. The coveted Transforming Lives Cup will be awarded to the individual or team who raises the most for Impetus-PEF.

Is your company able to cover the cost of registration or sponsorship? Does your company have a matching scheme to incentivise fundraising?

All fundraising is subject to Gift Aid and is therefore tax efficient.Consider having a collective sponsorship target for your team.

VirginMoneyGiving and JustGiving event pages have been set-up for the FT Triathlon to make it easier for everyone to collect sponsorship. Follow the below links to the main event pages, where you will then be able to set-up a team or individual fundraising page.
