Texas Teachers approves $400m in commitments to two domestic funds

The US public pension has backed two domestic funds.

Teacher Retirement System of Texas has approved commitments of $250 million to SFR JV-1 and $150 million to Square Mile Credit Partners II.

The $151 billion US public pension has a 14 percent target allocation to real estate that currently stands at 14.1 percent.
