Santa Barbara County Employees’ Retirement System announced commitments of $10 million to Blackstone Property Partners and $15.5 million to Longpoint Realty Fund I.
The $3 billion US public pension has a 10 percent target allocation to private real estate that currently stands at 8.7 percent.
