San Francisco ERS approves $50m commitment

The US public pension re-ups with Gaw Capital Partners' latest value-add fund.

The San Francisco Employees’ Retirement System (SFERS) committed $50 million to Gaw Capital US Value-Add Fund III.

The $23.4 billion US public pension, which has a 13.3 percent allocation to private real estate, re-upped with Gaw Capital Partners after investing the same amount in the firm’s previous US value-add vehicle.
