Plymouth County Retirement System has approved a $27 million commitment to JP Morgan Asset Management’s open-ended Strategic Property Fund, according to the pension’s latest quarterly report.

The $988.31 million US public pension has a 10.0 percent target allocation to real estate that currently stands at 11.40 percent.

As illustrated in the charts below, Plymouth County Retirement System only made five commitments to real estate funds between 2012 and 2016, which combined constitute $63 million.
