PA SERS approves $100m commitment

Pennsylvania State Employees’ Retirement System (PA SERS) has approved a commitment of up to $100 million to Blue Moon Senior Housing II, a contact at the pension informed PERE.

The $26.80 billion US public pension has a 12.0 percent target allocation to private real estate that currently stands at 7.20 percent.

As illustrated in the charts below, PA SERS has made three commitments to private real estate funds with a 2018 vintage, which combined constitute $500 million.
