Orion Capital Managers has raised €1.3 billion for its Orion European Real Estate V, according to a SEC filing. The London-headquartered firm began fundraising in 2016 with a $1.5 billion target.
Its previous fund raised €1.3 billion in 2013.
Investors that committed to Orion European Real Estate V include the Texas County and District Retirement System.
The fund will target opportunistic opportunities in a diverse number of sectors in Europe.
