Ohio Police and Fire Pension Fund has approved a commitment of up to $50 million to Black Creek Group’s open-ended Industrial Fund, a contact at the pension informed PERE.

The $15.75 billion US public pension has a 12.0 percent target allocation to real estate that currently stands at 11.50 percent.

As illustrated below, the pension fund has made five commitments to real estate funds with a vintage of 2017 or later, which combined constitute $260 million.
