NYSCRF approves almost $400m in commitments

The US public pension has backed two value-added funds.

In June 2018, the New York State Common Retirement Fund committed $150 million to Heitman Value Partners IV and €150 million to Exeter Europe Value Ventures III plus a €50 million commitment for co-investment opportunities.

The $207 billion US public pension has an 8 percent target allocation to real estate that currently stands at 6.7 percent.
