Ares Management has raised $515 million to date for its Ares US Real Estate Fund IX, per a SEC filing.
The firm is targeting $1 billion for the fund. Investors that committed to Ares US Real Estate Fund IX include the Pennsylvania Public Schools’ Employees Retirement System and the Texas Permanent School Fund.
