RCG Ventures has raised $36 million for its RCG Ventures Fund V, per a SEC filing. The Atlanta-headquartered firm began fundraising in 2016 with a $50 million target.
Its previous fund raised $49 million in 2016.
The fund will target value added opportunities in retail sectors in the United States.
