Oak Street Real Estate Capital has raised $380 million for its Oak Street Real Estate Capital Fund IV, per a SEC filing. The Chicago-headquartered firm began fundraising in 2016 with a $1.25 billion target.
Its previous fund raised $515 million in 2016.
Investors that committed to Oak Street Real Estate Capital Fund IV include the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund and the Teachers' Retirement System of the State of Illinois.
The fund will target core plus opportunities in a diverse number of sectors in the United States.
