Gerding Edlen has raised $411 million for its Gerding Edlen Green Cities III, according to a SEC filing. The Portland-headquartered firm began fundraising in 2017 with a $400 million target.
Its previous fund raised $234 million in 2013.
Investors that committed to Gerding Edlen Green Cities III include the Fresno County Employees Retirement Association, the Town of Palm Beach Retirement System and the Connecticut Retirement Plans and Trust Funds.
The fund will target value added opportunities in a diverse number of sectors in the United States.
