ISBI appoints new CIO

Illinois State Board of Investment’s (ISBI) Deputy Executive Investment Director, Johara Farhadieh, is appointed as new Chief Investment Officer.

ISBI earmarked $1.2 billion for real estate investment and 65 percent of the real estate portfolio is dedicated to core properties.
