Pennsylvania Public School Employees’ Retirement System (PennPSERS) revealed in its board meeting documents that it has committed $100 million to Ares US Real Estate Fund IX and $200 million to Carlyle Realty Partners VIII.
PennPSERS has been the investor in the fund series of Carlyle’s Realty Partners and Ares’s US Real Estate Fund.
