University of Michigan approves $50m commitment

University of Michigan has backed an industrial-focused fund.

University of Michigan has committed $50 million to Cabot Industrial Value Fund V, a Boston-based vehicle, which will invest in properties located primarily in North America.

The $12 billion US endowment allocates 9.3 percent of its portfolio to real estate investments.
