Hawaii Employees seeks PERE service providers

The Hawaii pension fund wants help with its investment needs.

Employees' Retirement System of the State of Hawaii has launched a non-discretionary real estate investment consultant search to review the performance of fund managers.

The $14 billion US public pension has a 7 percent target allocation to real estate that currently stands at 5.5 percent.
