Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing has raised $1.99 billion for its North Haven Real Estate Fund IX Global, per a SEC filing. The New York-headquartered firm began fundraising in 2016 with an undisclosed target.
Its previous fund raised $1.7 billion in 2015.
The fund will target opportunistic opportunities in a diverse number of sectors globally.
