Moorfield Real Estate Fund IV has held a first close, exceeding its target of £100 million. The value added fund, which has a final target of £350 million, will primarily focus on build to rent, student accommodation and logistics.
The vehicle has a global investor base that includes blue-chip US and European foundations, endowments and pension funds.
