MPGA, the private equity real estate firm, has hired Christian Schulte Eistrup as head of capital markets in Europe.
The former head of European investment strategy and research at Morgan Stanley Real Estate has been appointed by MGPA to help drive the firm's fundraising capabilities.
Prior to joining MGPA, Schulte Eistrup's most recent role was managing director and head of the capital raising division at the Germany-focused private equity real estate firm, Corestate Capital, based in Zug.
It is understood he will split his time between Zug and London.
MGPA has representatives from the firm in Cannes, France, this week for the MIPIM property event.
