Portfolio Advisors has raised $220 million for its Portfolio Advisors Real Estate Fund VI, according to a SEC filing. The Darien-headquartered firm began fundraising in 2015 with an undisclosed target.
Its previous fund raised $437 million in 2015.
Investors that committed to Portfolio Advisors Real Estate Fund VI include the Missouri Local Government Employees' Retirement System.
The fund will target real estate fund opportunities from a diverse number of sectors globally.Â
