CBRE Group has raised $609 million for its CBRE Strategic Partners U.S. Value 8, according to a SEC filing. The Los Angeles-headquartered firm began fundraising in 2016 with an undisclosed target.
Its previous fund raised $1.3 billion in 2015.
Investors that committed to CBRE Strategic Partners U.S. Value 8 include the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund and the Arkansas Teacher Retirement System.
The fund will target value added opportunities in a diverse number of sectors in the United States.
