Carroll Organization has raised $17.3 million for its Carroll Multifamily Real Estate Fund IV, according to a SEC filing. The Atlanta-headquartered firm began fundraising in 2015 with a $50 million target.
The fund will target value added opportunities in multi family/residential sectors in the United States.
