Just closed: Broadwell raises $1bn

Broadwell Capital Limited has held a final close on its Tactical Opportunities Fund. The $1 billion vehicle will invest with a sector-agnostic approach across a mixture of asset classes including private equity, private real estate, infrastructure and private debt.

Atlantic-Pacific Capital was the sole placement agent working on the fund manager's first ever fundraise. Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom acted as the legal adviser.
