American Real Estate Partners Strategic Office Fund II has held a final close at $63 million. The vehicle, which was launched in November 2015, focuses on value-added office investments in the United States, primarily targeting Washington DC, Northern Virginia, Suburban Maryland, Philadelphia, Northern New Jersey and Raleigh Durham, NC.
Tennessee Consolidated Retirement System has committed $47.5 million to the fund.
The previous vehicle in the series gathered $44 million in 2014, having initially targeted $50 million.
