InfraRed Capital Partners has raised a total of £522 million ($690 million, €594 million) and held the final close for its InfraRed Active Fund IV, exceeding its £500 million ($658 million, €569 million) fundraising target.
The fund will continue to focus on value-add opportunities in Germany, France and the UK.
The vehicle has an investment capacity of more than £1.2 billion ($1.58 billion, €1.36 billion) and has invested in five assets in Munich, Paris and Frankfurt.
