Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund has approved $150 million-worth of commitments across two vehicles, according to the pension’s August 2020 investment news.

The commitments comprise $100 million to Starwood Global Opportunity Fund XII and $50 million to Torchlight Debt Opportunity Fund VII.

The $44.34 billion US public pension has a 6.73 percent allocation to real estate.
