Hawaii ERS approves $50m in commitment

The US public pension has backed a global focused fund.

Employees’ Retirement System of the State of Hawaii announced a commitment of $50 million to AG Realty Value Fund X.

The $16.9 billion US public pension has a 7 percent target allocation to private real estate that currently stands at 5.5 percent.
