The Singapore-based fund manager has held the final close for its second China-focused core-plus logistics fund.

GLP has held the final close for GLP China Income Fund II after raising 5.8 billion yuan ($900 million; €746 million) in capital commitments according to a press release. Capital raised by the vehicle will be invested in core-plus logistics assets in the Yangtze River Delta, southern China and mid-western China.
