GLP raises $692m

The Singapore-based global investment manager has raised more capital for the China Income Fund series just three months after the close on its previous vehicle.

GLP has announced the final close on its GLP China Income Fund III on 4.5 billion yuan ($692 million; €585 million). Capital raised for the fund will be invested with a core-plus strategy, focused on stabilised and income-generating industrial and logistics park assets catering to growing high-tech and innovation-based manufacturing industries in China.
