The Singapore-based fund manager has held a first close for its third logistics fund.

GLP has announced the first close of GLP China Logistics Fund III at $1.75 billion, according to a contact at the firm. The fund will invest into logistics facilities in China. The fund’s predecessor raised $3.7 billion at final close in July 2015.
