Focus Healthcare Partners has raised $186.4 million for its Focus Healthcare Partners Fund I, per a SEC filing. The Chicago-headquartered firm began fundraising in 2016 with a $250 million target.
Investors that committed to Focus Healthcare Partners Fund I include the New Jersey Division of Investment, the Fort Worth Employees' Retirement Fund and the City of Phoenix Employees' Retirement System (COPERS).
The fund will target opportunistic opportunities in healthcare properties in North America.
