DPFP looking to offload portfolio

$89.3m of net asset value and $49.3m of unfunded across 11 funds in real estate will be scrapped.

Dallas Police and Fire Pension System wants to offload a portfolio comprising of 37 fund stakes across infrastructure, energy, buyout, growth, special situations and real estate strategies.

The $2 billion US public pension has a 12 percent target allocation to real estate that stands currently at 25.3 percent.
