Cortland Partners has raised $34.8 million to date for its Cortland Partners Fund IV, per a SEC filing. The Atlanta-headquartered firm has set a $150 million target and began fundraising in 2016. The SEC filing did not disclose whether the capital raise constituted a final or interim close.
The fund will target value added opportunities in multifamily/residential sectors in the United States.
