London-based Cordea Savills has appointed a former professional from Babcock & Brown as finance manager for its German retail fund.
Andreas Lenz was a former senior finance manager responsible for real estate financial analysis, asset management and transactions at the Australian firm.
At Cordea he will be responsible for overseeing the finance, debt and accounting functions for the German fund and will also lead the finance team based in Munich.
Cordea Savills manages around €2.7 billion of assets.
