Citco Real Estate Investment Fund Services (REIF) is relocating managing director Luc Hollman from London to Singapore to expand the company's business in Asia.
In a statement, the fund administration services firm said Hollman would be responsible for further developing activities and presence in Asia.
Hollman joined Citco 12 years ago and was previously managing director of Citco REIF in London where he focused on marketing and business development. In Singapore, the firm employs a team of 14 people. Citco said Hollman would coordinate the expansion of Citco REIF in Asia where the company already has offices in Hong Kong, Tokyo, Mumbai and Sydney.
A spokesman for Citco commented: “The Asian real estate market is very dynamic and the demand for effective fund administration of Asian real estate funds is constantly growing.”
Citco REIF is part of the Citco Group, an independent financial services group employing over 4,400 people in 38 countries.
