CBRE Investors appoints three property pros

Global private real estate investment firm CB Richard Ellis Investors has appointed three professionals to its global investor services team as it looks to bulk up the department.

Los Angeles-based CBRE Investors has expanded its investor services team with the addition of three new members.

Nicole Bise, joining as a director, will be based in the Los Angeles office where she will focus on business development and investor relations in the US. Bise was previously a vice president with Richard Ellis and specialized in landlord and tenant representation during her 12-year tenure at the brokerage.

Laura Wilks, the newest associate on the team, will focus on investor relations for the firm’s UK-based investment programs and will also assist the firm’s global real estate securities team. Wilks joined CBRE Investors in 2004 and spent the last three years with CBRE Investors’ UK managed accounts group.

Jane Hufnagel, based in Los Angeles, will be responsible for investor and internal communications and will also play a larger role in the firm’s global communications strategy. Hufnagel has been with the firm for 25 years and currently oversees investor reporting.

CBRE Investors currently has over $30 billion (€22 billion) in assets under management. In 2006, the firm made $8 billion worth of new investments and completed $3 billion in dispositions in North America, Europe and Asia.
