CarVal’s European real estate team focuses on the office, industrial, residential and retail sectors in the UK and France. The firm’s recent investments in the UK include the acquisition of three Stockley Park office properties, the development of London properties such as Moorgate Exchange and 100 Cheapside and the redevelopment of Interchange in Croydon. Currently, CarVal has approximately $9 billion in assets under management in both credit and real estate strategies.
