Cabot Properties has raised $468 million for its Cabot Industrial Core Fund, according to a SEC filing. The Boston-headquartered firm began fundraising in 2015 with a $750 million target.
Investors that committed to Cabot Industrial Core Fund include the New York State Teachers' Retirement System and the Pennsylvania Public School Employees' Retirement System.
The fund will target core opportunities in industrial sectors in North America.
