City of Bethlehem Aggregate Pension Fund is soliciting proposals from qualified investment companies to manage approximately $5-10 million in a private, state government-leased real estate strategy.

The $147 million US public pension has engaged the investment consulting services of Morrison Fiduciary Advisors to assist in the evaluation process.
