BCFPERS commits $20m to IPI Partners

The US-based public pension has backed IPI Partners' third fund.

Baltimore City Fire and Police Employees’ Retirement System has committed $20 million to IPI Partners, according to a June 2022 investment report document.

BCFPERS invested in IPI Data Center Partners Fund III, the firm’s third fund. The pension fund committed $15 million committed to its predecessor IPI Data Center Partners II in 2020.

BCFPERS’s current real estate allocation stands at 9.3 percent, below its target of 11 percent. The $3 billion pension fund predominately commits to vehicles allocated in North America.
