Atlantic | Pacific Companies and Blue Arch Advisors raise $140m

The two real estate asset managers hold interim close of co-sponsored fund.

In partnership with Blue Arch Advisors, Atlantic | Pacific Companies has held an initial close of Blue Atlantic Partners III at $140 million. The fund has a target size of $300 million and will invest in multi-family properties in affluent suburbs in the Southeast and Southwest US.

Investors in the fund include domestic and international institutions and high-net worth individuals.
