ASR makes €100m commitment

The Utrecht-based insurer seeks to diversify its portfolio through property investment.

ASR has invested €100 million in BlackRock’s new open-ended Eurozone real estate fund, Eurozone Core Property Fund (Euro One).

As a cornerstone investor, the Dutch insurer is amongst the six investors that have committed €280 million to Euro One collectively. The firm seeks to expand into European property funds and diversify its portfolio through the €100 million investment.

Euro One invests in office, retail, and logistics properties in the Eurozone region.
